DTSE RAISES THE BAR FOR DVD-AUDIO

NEW RELEASES HIT THE STORES APRIL 30th

Agoura Hills, CA - April 8, 2002 -- DTS Entertainment (DTSE), the
independent record label created by technology leader DTS, today announced
that two exceptional new DVD-Audio discs will arrive at retail stores on
April 30, 2002.

Also arriving at stores on April 30th is Songs For Survivors, the powerful
new recording from rock legend, Graham Nash. This ground-breaking disc
marks the first time a major artist has chosen to release a 5.1 DVD-Audio
version of their new material prior to a stereo CD release.

"I wanted to place you right in the middle, just like when we cut the
record, as if you had the greatest seat that you ever had in your life,"
Graham explained. "A lot of people who listen to music would never have
such an experience, unless they were part of the band or management. And
I've always wanted to share this kind of listening experience. And the
great thing about 5.1 is how it feels to me... how it places you in that
environment. I couldn't be more thrilled with the way my 5.1 mixes sound."

Songs For Survivors was co-produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by
Nathaniel Kunkel, an extraordinarily talented Sound Engineer and Producer.
This feature-loaded DVD-Audio disc boasts menu screens that link to the song
lyrics, a gallery of photo images from his private collection, biographies
of all of the contributing musicians, links to Graham's official website and
other related sites, plus a ROM zone that is fully compatible with all PCs
and Macs.

Loring Kohrt from Valley Entertainment

contacted me 03/29/02 regarding the new NASH record.
I asked her how someone who did not have 5.1 capabilities could listen to the record and
she assured me it was possible. Read below:

"...If you don't have a 5.1 Home Theatre
system you can still enjoy the music from the 2.0 (Stereo) Track on the
DVD-A. There is a menu screen that will pop up on your TV when you put the
disc into any DVD Player. Then you choose with your remote control how you
want to listen."

Co-founder of The Hollies and of the legendary
Crosby, Stills & Nash, Graham Nash has written and performed on hundreds of music recordings.
Songs for Survivors contains elements of his work with CSN as well as songs that take his
songwriting into a new era. Always an artistic pioneer, Graham is one of the first rock legends to
release his most recent material in the new DVD-audio format, and he was intimately involved with the entire 5.1 surround
sound mixing process. From "Dirty Little Secret," to "Lost Another One," this disc is rich with
musicianship and social commentary. A talented photographer as well, Graham shares many of his images in a
special Gallery section on the disc. Take your place in the midst of these incredible surround sound mixes
and enjoy SONGS FOR SURVIVORS on any DVD player.
